I’m sorry I haven’t been very active recently had a lot of deadlines and due dates but I am now back.

It has come to my attention recently that women are not empowering each other enough. We need to work together how can we expect the media to stop commenting on our apperance and body shapes if all we do is body shame each other. We have to be the change that we want to see in the world. Everyone should be accepted no matter what their body size is no matter what they decide to wear no matter what they decide to do.

From today I want my page to empower women and men we all need to accept and push each other along to be the best that they can be. I a person wants to put on weight or carry some more weight let it be their choice. If someone wants to be muscular and have their protein shakes let it be their choice. If it doesn’t affect you then you should not pass judgement.

Sorry for ranting it just something that has recently come to my attention and I feel as if it needs addressing.

These are my top 3 breakfast smoothies that I like to have before I go to school as I feel they keep me fuller for longer.

How I am achieving my goals

So this week has been the start of a new year so I started to make changes in order to achieve my goals. This means that I had to make a few lifestyle changes.

This week I focused on my health and fitness goals as these are the things that was going to require the most changes.

My first step was to always eat breakfast! I never ate breakfast before but now I make sure I ate least eat one thing.

I then added more water into my day. I now drink double the amount of water than I used to do which is not only good for me but it is giving me more energy and is helping me to loose water weight.

Also I have cut out refined sugar from my diet and I only allow myself on day a week in which I can have these types of sugar.

Lastly I have cut out meat and animal produce from my diet which has made me feel a lot more energetic which has helped me a lot with the waking up earlier to eat breakfast.

I wanted to get to the gym this week but I have I unfortunately been injured so unable to go. But I hope to get there this week and start with some light exercises.

2016 Goals

I am not really one for New Years resolutions as I feel they never get kept and then you end up going back to your whole habits. So instead I make goals, these are 5 things that I want to achieve over the year. They maybe small they might be big it depends on what I want to achieve. This years my 5 goals are:

  1. To eat more clean – I am going to eat a plant based diet Monday to Friday but eat a more free diet Saturday to Sunday.
  2. Achieve 3 A-B’s in my As levels
  3. Improve my fitness – This will hopefully be achieved by going to the gym 3 times a week.
  4. Grow my blog page ( a potentially open up a youtube channel).
  5. Try more activities that are outside my comfort zone – This is as I feel I do not push out of my comfort zone very much.
